Slip-resistant, water-emulsion, acrylic copolymer formulated to provide floors with a crystal-clear gloss coating. Protects floors from many types of stains. May be used with all finishes as an excellent basecoat to seal and fill pores. Levels with no streaks or mop trails. Each coat dries in 20 to 30 minutes. Recommended as a sealer for most types of floor surfaces including rubber, asphalt tile, vinyl, vinyl asbestos, cork, terrazzo, etc. Part of ±¾É«ÊÓƵ`s Next Step system of Floor Care products. Meets or exceeds Slip Resistance Standards (when properly maintained) established by CSPA and UL as tested in accordance with ASTM D-2047.

• When properly applied, ±¾É«ÊÓƵarade Sealer will level with no streaks or mop trails. Typically, dries in 30 minutes per coat.
