A premium grade product for stripping rust, carbonized and baked-on soil, baked-on grease, and oily soils from meat hooks, cooking pans, trolleys, gambrells, chains and cooking vats made of iron, steel, and stainless steel. DO NOT USE on aluminum, zinc, or galvanized metal. Acceptable for use in federally-inspected meat and poultry processing plants.

• Concentrated alkaline builders quickly break down fats, greases and carbonized food soils.
• Will function as a brightener for stainless steel when used in cleaning.
