A super-concentrated, quaternary deodorant and cleaner, specifically formulated for use in portable toilets. Mixes instantly with water to form an intense blue solution that effectively hides toilet waste. Will not soften or damage rubber or plastic components. Water-based, non-flammable formulation provides for rapid dispersion. The emulsifiers used are completely biodegradable. Will not interfere with bacterial action in sewage treatment plants or septic tanks.
