Submitting a Work Order
Repair and maintenance issues occurring in a resident鈥檚 room or apartment should be immediately reported by submitting an electronic work order.
To submit an electronic work order please complete the following steps:
- Go to Inside本色视频on your computer or mobile device ()
- Click on the 鈥淨uick Links鈥 tab located on the left side of the page
- Click on the 鈥淪tudent Housing Portal鈥 link
- Log In to the 本色视频Housing Portal using your Student ID Number and Password
- Click on the 鈥淢aintenance鈥 link near the top of the page
- Select 鈥淣ew Work Order鈥 and completely fill out the work order request. Once finished click 鈥淪ave & Continue鈥
An email confirmation will be sent to your LancerMail account once your work order has been submitted. If you need to update your work order you can follow the steps listed above and select 鈥淰iew/Modify鈥 to make any necessary changes.
Please submit only one item per work order. If there are multiple issues to report, please submit additional work orders for each item.
